I think Torpedo Productions/B7Klan does their promotion in Europe, but I'm not actually 100 percent sure about that.

Mind you though, when I interviewed Scandal last year, I was treated with massively media trained answers and I wouldn't be too surprised if that happens with Band-Maid as well.

I'm not used to ask futile questions to musicians... That's the reason why I'm glad when I can directly contact a musician. I'll try to contact JPU Records...

And yep, I'm a reviewer for a decade now. Some years ago, I put an end to my partnerships with labels... I felt I wasn't completely free. Only my opinion of course! Smile

I personally have more problems with managements than labels. Dutch managements are the worst. This guy who manages a number of Dutch bands had the tendency to completely rewrite my article. I'm glad I don't have to work with him anymore.

Really? Not professional at all...

One of my friends who managed a webzine has got a lot of troubles with managements/labels. It told me that a label once contacted him for a deal : he wrote exactly what the label prepared for the review in exchange of the CD and then everybody should be happy! Dodgy

Fortunately I, as reviewer, have never met this kind of ass*****. Believe me!, the Breton I am wouldn't have received those guys with roses!!! Image

Judging from all the interviews I've seen and translated (and I've talked to them a couple of times too) I'd say the issue with them was more that what you'll get will be determinedly "in character" (as Versailles, I guess!) rather than media training as such. I doubt Miku is much of one to take orders from anybody much anyway!

It's not like anyone has to give Miku marching orders to be cute and funny.
