It's hype time everybody. Mahatma has just confirmed a new release slated for November 2nd. No title or anything yet of course. But it's in the works.

Should be awesome. I wonder who's doing the keys/bass on it.

"For the 11-2 title release in production under MAHATMA ♫ is no doubt that becomes ever more confident, to our work! Stay tuned because from this new album info, l ' Écho estrus report go announced one after another! "

Of course this may be utter BS as is so often the way with machine translations of Japanese, but what the hell is a " l ' Écho estrus report "?

Based on my limited knowledge of French... "Estrus" is heat, as in... An animal in heat. That doesn't exactly make any sense.
If you can't get enough of me giving my opinions without having asked for it, you can read more of it on my Kevy Metal weblog.

"Animal in Heat" eh? Perhaps they've shifted from girly J-Pop ProgThrash to cock rock on the new release. Big Grin

Huh? What translation are you using? Google translate says:

Quote:It is MAHATMA who is keenly working towards the release of two titles in November ♫ There is no doubt that it will be a work that you can deliver to everyone with more confidence than ever before! We will announce new information information, record departure information one by one from now on so please come forward!

Twitter defaults to using Bing Translate for me.

I often just copy the text over to Google. It's still a mess, but it seems make more sense than Bing most of the time.

Oh Bing does come out with that garbled text after all. Truth be told, I just saw the date and "リリース" (release) and stopped reading there. Tongue

I think Bing is trying to translate the レコ発情報 bit and getting a bit confused.
レコ is "reco" short for record/recording and it's gone for the major French newspaper "L'Echo" (close in Japanese as l & r are the same!) and then translated 発情報 (release information) as '発情期' estrus (note different last kanji). Must have been programmed to assume it was a typo!
