Right now, I'm spinning Anthem's Gypsy Ways. I'm working on a review for that album!

LIPSTICK *lol* Kinda a silly aesthetic, but this is normal over there I guess. 3/4 female hard rock band (with some metal leanings). 1st album was kinda meh, but their 2nd one is a lot better. Pretty young band with a lot of potential. Pretty good guitarist too. Both the bassist and guitarist have involvement in other bands over there too.

Listening to the new Rage album. Meh. I guess they have no choice but to keep going and release albums at a 2 year interval. Nothing horrible, and pretty safe (I've heard all this before). The production I'm not too thrilled with. Once I get this to the 3rd play mark, it'll probably gather dust like 21 did.

Listening to the first three Bowwow albums, when their name was originally Bow Wow. Such good fucking shit, and even the self-titled debut album is no slouch. "James in My Casket" is Kyoji Yamamoto's personal tribute to the late Jimi Hendrix. They only improved further on Signal Fire and Charge, with the former being more to my liking. Crazy that it was still 1977, and the band was already going places with their creativity.

Going to listen to Super Live once I'm done with the aforementioned first three albums. Really cool that Rock Candy Records reissued their early stuff, which makes it easier for one to obtain such masterpieces.

Fucking beast of an album. Proud to own the original CD, although it didn't come with the obi strip. "Phantom of Guilt" just rips! Hand
