[Power Metal] Aldious
Man, if they're average, what does that make most other power metal (or metal in general) guitarists? Laugh They're not on Galneryus level, but they're still far better than a lot of other power metal bands I've heard.

Average by Japanese standards but great by modern european power metal standards. Tongue

I think they've subtly improved over time. They're probably not up to a Mary's Blood or Lovebites level, and probably never will be though. Hell, I don't think they're as good as Yuki (D_Drive), EITA, Rie aka Suzaku, and a bunch of other female shredders either. I actually enjoy them more than most of the aforementioned though.

I think Yoshi and Toki are a great duo who work well together, and I thoroughly enjoy their songwriting. As a non-player myself, I have a hard time judging skill level past a certain point, anyway. Instead, I focus on how the playing makes me feel. I'll take a very good player who happens to be an excellent songwriter over a technically amazing player who has no feel for songwriting.

Agree with above, after all, Queen have been getting by with Brian May for years!

On another matter, does anyone know what the difference is between the two vinyl releases? They were both on sale at the merch desk in Osaka and they have the same track listing but different pictures.

That's a beautiful live rendition, IMO.

Isnt it just! Its miles better than the album version which is rather weak and I usually skip it. Great performance!
